Poster produced jointly by London, Midland & Scottish Railway (LMS) and London & North Eastern Railway (LNER) to promote rail travel to the Clyde River in Scotland. The poster shows a view of the Clyde approaching Brodick, Isle of Arran, North Ayrshire, with the water in the foreground with boats and a steamship, and green hills and mountains in the distance. Artwork by Norman Wilkinson (1878-1971), who studied art at Portsmouth and Southsea Schools of Art. A famous marine painter, he designed posters for the London & North Western Railway (LNWR), the London & Midlands Railway (LMR) and Southern Railway (SR). Art Prints are printed on heavy matte finish German art paper using the finest Canon archival inks. Quality Frame with a single white matboard and Acrylic glazing.

Stretched Canvas is stretched by hand over 1.5" thick pine bars and printed on cotton poly matte finish canvas. Each is canvas hand coated with Hahnemuhle UV/Archive coating, these are Swiss quality best in industry canvases.
